About Speaker

Ellen LeRoy has a portrait photography business in Emerald Isle, NC which focuses on family beach pictures and destination weddings.  Ellen has earned her PPA Masters and Master Craftsman Degrees and enjoys teaching and mentoring.  

She joined PPNC in 2001 before ever starting her business and feels that it was the single best decision for her professional success.

Jim Woltjen has been a photographer for the University of Illinois, and East Carolina University.  He has operated a portrait business in New Bern, NC for the past 17 years.

Jim is a Certified Professional Photographer and earned his PPA Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman Degrees.  His best decision was also joining PPNC at the Convention in 2005.
